In Review: Last Thursday, the Tennessee legislature adjourned its 2024 legislative session. While HB 916 (white bagging) passed the House earlier this year by a vote of 80-11, its Senate companion SB 502, ultimately failed to pass. Additionally, SB 2008 (AFP/maximizers) and SB 667/HB 920 (POS rebates) failed to pass during the session.
