In Review: This past week, PCMA representatives met with Dr. Mike McKinney, the newly appointed Chair of the Texas Pharmaceutical Initiative Governing Board. The board’s primary responsibility is to formulate a business plan for the initiative over the next few months. Dr. McKinney was very open to understanding PBMs and seemed to understand that there is a competitive PBM marketplace today.
