In Review: Last week, PCMA, the Texas Association of Business, and the Texas Association of Health Plans met with the Department of Insurance. During the meeting, the coalition learned that the Department had taken enforcement action on a PBM related to violations from HB 1919. The violation did relate to ERISA plans, and PCMA is still working to learn more.
Up Next: PCMA will be in Austin this week to meet with legislators about the handful of bills introduced so far.
