In Review: PCMA and our member companies met last Friday to hold our 2025 planning session in Austin. Our meeting focused on a variety of issues including Senator Charles Schwertner’s (R) request of Attorney General Ken Paxton (R). We wrapped up our meeting with a discussion on PSAO reform but focused our discussions on the issues we anticipate during the 2025 session, which include a fight on ERISA, Delinking, 340B, and others.
