Up Next: The Texas Pharmaceutical Initiative is scheduled to hold its organizational meeting on Friday, February 9. This is the board charged with developing a business plan in accordance with HB4990 from the 2023 session. HB4990 provided for a state-owned pharmaceutical initiative, including a state-owned PBM. We will be following the activity of the board very closely.
