In Review: The deadline for new bill introductions is today in Texas. While we anticipate a few more bills to be added to our efforts in Texas, we currently are tracking over 60 PBM bills, with over a dozen marked as high-priority. We heard this morning that SB 1122 by Senator Schwertner, the ERISA bill, could be called for a vote this week. PCMA and our coalition partners are revisiting with all members of the committee to whip votes in opposition.

Up Next: PCMA will be active this week on several bills in Texas. Our primary focus now is on bills that are active, attempting to defeat the bills we can, and seeking compromise language on others with our members to elevate industry concerns.
