In Review: Last week SB 1122, the ERISA bill, was voted out of the Senate Health and Human Services. Since the vote, PCMA and our coalition partners have been working with major employers to engage with the lieutenant governor’s office. Several held meetings last week, with additional employers having meetings this week.

Up Next: Several PBM bills will be heard this week in both the House and Senate committees. PCMA and our coalition partners are working to either delay those hearings or find a compromise position to elevate industry concerns.
