In Review: Last week, PCMA met with several members of the House, including the Speaker’s Office and staff, to discuss issues related to several of the bills in play. While those conversations were positive, PCMA has plenty of work ahead of us. PCMA and our coalition partners met last week to discuss several issues, including SB 1122, the ERISA bill, and SB 1354, pharmacy reimbursement.

Up Next: PCMA anticipates several bills being heard this week in Austin, ranging from prior authorization to PBM data offshoring. PCMA is working closely with TAHP and our coalition partners to improve the bills, hopefully reaching a neutral position on some.
