In Review: PCMA continues to work with the TAHP, TAB, TAHC, and TCJL in response to Senator Schwertner’s request that AG Paxton provide an opinion on laws passed in 2021 and their applicability to ERISA plans.
Up Next: PCMA has follow-up meetings planned for this week to start drafting legal memos that will be provided to Texas AG Paxton. We plan to have responses submitted to the AG’s office by early to mid-June.
