In Review: PCMA has recently received all briefs filed with Attorney General Ken Paxton (R) related to Senator Charles Shcwertner’s (R) opinion request on the application of HB 1763 and HB 1919’s application to ERISA plans. Based on our preliminary review, it seems that most of the briefs filed supported our position and the application of the two bills in question to ERISA plans. PCMA has shared the filed briefs with members.
