In Review: Senate Bill 312 (reimbursements/audits) was a late filing that recognized pharmacists as providers and established mandatory reimbursement requirements for insurers, tying payments to ingredient cost, dispensing fees, and enrollee cost-sharing. Senate Bill 274 (prior authorization) passed the Senate (2nd Reading) on February 21 with a 28-0-1 vote, moving forward with the adopted substitute version.
