In Review: PCMA testified in the House Committee on Health Care on a bill to ban spread pricing, requiring rebates to be offered at the point-of-sale and a private right of action for pharmacies against a PBM. PCMA is following up with written testimony and will continue to work with the committee on our concerns with the bill.
