In Review: The House Health Care Committee voted to pass their PBM bill, which would include a ban on spread, copay coupons to apply to a patient’s deductible, a private right of action, and rebates to be offered at the point-of-sale. The bill will now head to House Ways & Means to review the new licensing fees. Then, the bill will head to Appropriations for review for the new position being created at the Department of Financial Regulation. PCMA will continue to work on this bill as it heads to the Senate.
