Up Next: The Senate Health and Welfare Committee will hold a hearing on Tuesday, April 16, on H 233, which is a ban on spread pricing, creating a private right of action, and a ban on copay coupons being applied to a patient’s deductible. PCMA will testify at the hearing and meet with committee members individually to discuss our concerns with the bill.
