In Review: The Senate Finance Committee held a preliminary hearing on H 233, which is a ban on spread pricing, private right of action, and copay coupons being applied to a patient’s deductible. The hearing was a walkthrough of the bill by the legislative aid with no other testimony. PCMA contacted the committee to testify at a future hearing and is awaiting a response.
