In Review: Session convened last Wednesday, and already, there are many anti-PBM bills filed, including a bill that includes delinking, point-of-sale rebates, and fiduciary by the PBM to the plan, the provider, and the enrollee. Also introduced are white bagging, ERISA, refuse to fill, additional data reporting to the state, PDAB, and mail service pharmacists in charge (PIC) must be licensed in Virginia for the non-resident pharmacy to dispense into the Commonwealth. The PIC bill is up for hearing this Thursday.
