In Review: PCMA has identified 11 priority bills that have been introduced. The top-priority bill PCMA is working on is HB 830, which is Governor Abigail Spanberger’s (D) legislative vehicle for PBM reform that includes delinking language. PCMA and member companies have met and will continue to meet with administration officials, sharing concerns about the delinking language. The Governor’s office is open to suggestions and will likely be amending the bill.

Up Next: PCMA is holding off on any paid media campaign since the Governor’s office is acting in good faith in making changes to the bill.
