In Review: On Monday, January 20, the Senate Committee on Commerce and Labor was scheduled to hold a hearing on two bills of concern to PBMs.They are:
- SB 1078 – relating to delinking, point-of-sale rebate, and fiduciary
- SB 1359 – relating to mail-order prescriptions, and steering
