Virginia Weekly Update 1.23.26

In Review: The Senate Committee on Commerce and Labor will have a public hearing on Monday, January 26. The notice listed 35 bills to be heard, which include:

  1. SB 669 – A delinking bill from Senator Aaron Rouse (D)
  2. SB 413 – A delinking bill from Senator Mark Peake (R)
  3. SB 410 – Is an anti-PBM kitchen sink bill with provisions including a ban on mail incentives, NADAC + dispensing fee, gag prohibition, and requiring multiple accreditation for specialty
  4. SB 642 – a bill relating to a ban on white bagging

PCMA and member companies continue to have ongoing conversations with the Governor’s office as well as with members of the committee on these proposed bills.
