In Review: On Monday, January 20, the Senate Committee on Commerce and Labor held a public hearing on SB 1078 relating to delinking, point-of-sale rebate, and fiduciary. The committee voted to defeat the bill by a vote of 10-5. The same committee was scheduled to consider SB 1359 – relating to mail-order prescriptions, and steering, applying to all plans, including ERISA, but was pulled from consideration. SB 1359 will be considered on Monday, January 27. Finally, the House version of the delinking bill, HB 2773 is scheduled to have a hearing on Tuesday, January 28.
