In Review: The legislative session began on January 6 and will conclude on February 22. Additionally this week, the Virginia Pharmacy Association issued a press release calling for legislation to enact a single PBM model for the state’s Medicaid program and makes references to additional transparency. A legislative bill draft has not been released at this time and PCMA will wait for the bill to drop and see what other provisions maybe included in the bill.
