In Review: Virginia has begun prefiling legislation for the upcoming legislative session. So far, PCMA has identified the following four bills of concern:

1. HB 1041 – relating to fiduciary, delinking, POS rebates, PBM compensation
2. HB 1348 – State Created PBM and Wholesaler agency as the Department of General Services an Office of Pharmaceutical Services
3. HB 610 – insulin coverage mandate for equipment and supplies, self management and training and education
4. SB 592 – prior authorization/fail first
