In Review: The legislative session is due to go sine die this Saturday, February 22. PCMA is monitoring a few bills as the end of the session approaches, but the high priorities have been defeated and will not become law. Defeated bills include “delinking”, banning mail-order prescriptions, prohibiting steering, creating copay caps for epi-pens, and banning white bagging.
