In Review: Senate Bill 642, relating to white bagging, and while narrowing the scope of the bill down, it still has a fiscal impact, and is likely to be sent to the House Appropriations Committee to be reviewed. PCMA and stakeholder groups will continue to argue costs to hopefully defeat the bill.
