In Review: The House version of the delinking bill, HB 830, was passed out of the subcommittee this week with the identical amendment that was added to the Senate version of the bill, which makes delinking optional for payers. During the same committee, HB 1390, relating to white bagging, passed without an amendment that the PCMA and insurance stakeholders were encouraging to adopt. The bill does have a fiscal impact and was referred to appropriations
