In Review: The legislative session is due to end on Saturday, March 9 at Midnight. The only bill of concern at this point is House Bill 5379, eliminating the use of copay maximizers. PCMA counsel is meeting with the Senate author and Committee Chairman to see if this bill is a priority for them this legislative session.
