In Review: PCMA and member companies met with Joylynn Fix, the PBM regulator at the Offices of the Insurance Commissioner (OIC). In addition to her official role at OIC, she was recently appointed to serve as the Chair of the PBM Regulatory Issues (B) Subgroup at the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC). PCMA gave a brief presentation about the value PBMs provide for their customers in the drug supply chain. PCMA offered to be a resource to Ms. Fix in both capacities.
