In Review: The conventional wisdom is that the PBM bill, AB 173, will receive a hearing in the Assembly Health, Aging, and Long-Term Care Committee next Wednesday, January 28. PCMA will be testifying in opposition. The PBM working group will meet on Wednesday, January 21, to determine which other entities will be able to testify in opposition as well.
