In Review: The Assembly Health, Aging, and Long-Term Care Committee did not have a hearing on the PBM kitchen sink bill, AB 173. According to a conversation a member company lobbyist had with the committee chair, the earliest that the hearing will take place is February 4. PCMA counsel is scheduling meetings with committee members to share our concerns about the bill.
