In Review: PCMA met with the Chair of the Assembly Committee on Health, Aging, and Long-Term Care, State Representative Clint Moses (R). PCMA discussed all the provisions contained in the anti-PBM bill, Assembly Bill 773. Chair Moses expressed concerns with some of the provisions, namely the copay accumulator ban, audit provisions, and dispensing fees. He further indicated that if AB-773 were to get a public hearing, it would occur in late February. Finally, Chair Moses said AB-773 would unlikely receive a committee vote.
