In Review: The Assembly Health, Aging, and Long-Term Care Committee held a public hearing for the PBM kitchen sink bill, AB 173, on Wednesday, February 11. PCMA, industry stakeholders, and employer groups testified in opposition to the bill.
Up Next: The bill did not receive a vote after the public hearing, and it is not expected to move out of committee at this time. The legislature is due to meet only a few times between now and adjournment, due to take place in mid-March.
