In Review: On Wednesday, February 14, PCMA testified in opposition to Assembly Bill 773, an anti-PBM omnibus bill during a public hearing that took place on February 14. Assembly Bill 773 only received a public hearing and did not receive a vote. With the State Assembly ending its legislative session on February 22, it is highly unlikely that the bill will be voted out of committee or be considered by full Assembly.
