Wisconsin Weekly Update 2.20.26

In Review: The State Assembly adjourned its legislative session on Friday, February 20. As expected, the PBM kitchen sink bill, AB 173, will not become law during this legislative session. The State Senate will have one more session day on March 17. The author of the bill continues to pressure members and leadership to hold a vote on the Senate version of the bill, SB 203. If the Senate does pass SB 203, it will not have an opportunity to become law during this session. Finally, Speaker Robin Vos (R) announced he is not seeking re-election after over two decades of service in the state house.

Up Next: PCMA and member companies will continue to encourage Senate leadership not to schedule the Senate version of the PBM bill.
