In Review: On Tuesday, March 12, the State Legislature ended their session that began on January 3, 2023. During the session, over 13 bills were proposed that negatively impacted PBMs including two omnibus motions, one by each political party. When the session gaveled, no bills impacting PBMs passed. Members of the legislature will now focus on re-election efforts under new legislative maps. The new legislative session will start in January 2025.
