In Review: Governor Tony Evers (D) announced that he will not seek a third term for Governor. This will create an open seat and generate multiple candidates from each party. Governor Evers, during his tenure, introduced PBM legislation policy in all of his budgets and even formed a Task Force, which helped produce the PBM licensure law in Wisconsin.
Up Next: The primary elections for Governor are in August 2026, with the general election occurring in November.
