In Review: PCMA and member companies held their Planning and Strategy Session. HB 76 (Prior Authorization) and HB 82 (Credentialling) have been received for introduction. Feedback was requested on HB 82 (Credentialling), on if there is an issue or not given the definition of “health carrier” does not mean a pharmacy benefit manager.
Up Next: The legislature will start its 2025 legislative session on Tuesday.
