In Review: Discussions, as well as amendment language relative to the prior authorization/gold carding issues have continued. We are working to get approved amendment language that includes a step therapy provision, removing pharmacy from the gold carding provisions, with gold carding at 90% for medical rounded down to the nearest whole number, but it only applies to five procedures.
Up Next: The Wyoming legislature will begin on Monday, February 12.
