In Review: Last Thursday, HB 14 (Prior Authorization/Gold Carding/Step Therapy) unanimously passed out of the Senate and is now waiting to be signed by the Governor. Last Monday, SF 100 (Prompt Payment) was introduced in the House and assigned to the House Corporations, Elections & Political Subdivisions Committee.
