In Review: The Management Council met on April 8, and the Joint Labor, Health & Social Services Committee discussed their various topics and planned meetings for the interim. The topics of interest to PCMA are Priority #3 – Restricting Use of A.I. to Determine Insurance Eligibility (prior authorization) and Priority #5 – Traditional Medicine Inclusion in Health Care and Naturopathic Licensure. Management Council stressed “quality” over “quantity” pertaining to the various committee bill drafts.

Up Next: The first Joint Labor, Health & Social Services Committee meeting will not be held until Jun 23-24.
