In Review: PCMA received notice that the Assembly Insurance and Financial Institutions Committee intends to hold another hearing in mid-June regarding pharmacy benefit managers and the drug supply chain. The hearing will likely consider A 4953, the delinking Bill, again. It is unclear if the committee will have a discussion only or if they will take a vote on advancing the bill. PCMA also learned that a possible drug supply chain discussion could also occur in the Senate Commerce Committee in June. Both of these meetings would occur before the legislature breaks for July and August.
