Sam Hallemeier is Senior Director, State Affairs for PCMA. In this role he coordinates and supports state activity for the state affairs team and develops valuable resources for our members.

Prior to PCMA, Mr. Hallemeier began his career in St. Louis, Missouri working in State Government Affairs for Cigna as well as other internal departments.  Mr. Hallemeier is a graduate of the University of Missouri.
