Christy Beach is the Executive Assistant to JC Scott, the President & CEO of PCMA as well as Board Liaison.

Prior to joining PCMA, Ms. Beach served as a Senior Government Relations Specialist within the government relations group of a Washington, DC law firm. In this capacity, she managed the firm’s federal lobbying compliance obligations under the Lobbying Disclosure Act for registered clients and in-house lobbyists. She supported former U.S. Senator Byron Dorgan with his client advocacy and client development efforts, organized policy forums and events hosted by the GR group, and provided executive assistance.

Ms. Beach began her career in the U.S. Senate. She worked for over 10 years for Senator Byron Dorgan (ND), where she was a member of his senior staff. She held several positions including the Senator’s State Scheduler and later, his DC Scheduler & Personal Assistant.

Ms. Beach is a graduate of the University of North Dakota.
