David Lumbert is Public Affairs, Strategic Communications at PCMA. In this role he supports PCMA’s public affairs efforts at the state and federal levels. David has spent the last decade working in healthcare policy and joins PCMA from Reservoir Communications Group, where he most recently served as Vice President. At Reservoir, David advised a range of healthcare companies, trade associations, non-profit organizations and foundations on the best ways to communicate with stakeholders and improve their reputations. 

David previously worked as a Senior Analyst at the Advisory Board Company, a healthcare research, technology and consulting firm. At the Advisory Board, David worked with the firm’s flagship research program, Health Care Advisory Board, offering expert insights and counsel to C-suite executives.

David graduated with honors from Dartmouth College.
