Regina Stivers is Director, State Affairs at PCMA.  In this role, she advocates on behalf of PCMA’s member companies in the Mountain West and South Central regions with policy development, legislative activity and coordination of member company state activities. Regina brings an extensive background in state and federal government experience.

Before joining PCMA, Ms. Stivers served as both Deputy Secretary and Interim Secretary of Kentucky Tourism, Arts & Heritage Cabinet overseeing 16 agencies.  She served as a Regional Director for two U.S. Senators including U.S. Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell and the late U.S. Senator Jim Bunning. Prior to these roles, Regina served as Director of Boards & Commissions for Governor Ernie Fletcher.  In the private sector, she held roles as an economic development director and project manager in Kentucky.

Regina is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University.
