In case you missed it, business groups and individual employers from across the country signed the below letter to Congress expressing support for preserving their contracting flexibility and the protections provided by the Employee Income Security Act, ERISA.

We appreciate efforts in Congress to recognize the importance of ERISA preemption and encourage careful consideration of any proposal that would weaken ERISA protections or undermine the ability of employers and plan sponsors to design contracts and pharmacy benefits for the patients they represent.
